Please know that shipping times will be delayed as we work through this. Due to overwhelming support and order volumes, your order may take 3 to 4 weeks to ship regardless of shipping method selected, with pre-orders still on their advertised schedules. Customer Service responses are coming in 48-72 hours instead of our normal 24-48. We will be shipping your order and we are replying to emails 16 hours a day during the week.
